March 2016

It’s hard to believe we are 23 days into March and and that we have been open for 3 weeks already, it’s amazing how time flies when you are keeping yourself busy! All of us here at Ashdale Nursery have been working hard over the winter attending to those tedious off-season tasks that are required. Fortunately we have had a mild winter and the team have been able to crack on with things which means the nursery is already looking very good for the time of year and we are able to present you with a better and wider choice than before.

Our list of available perennials and vegetables has been updated so you can have an idea of what we will be offering this year. Please click on the links or select Our Plants from the main menu.

It is with regret we have to inform you we will be closing Ashdale Nursery from 1pm on Friday 1st April to attend the services for our dear friend and customer Alan who passed away last month. We will reopen as usual Saturday 2 April. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We look forward to seeing you over the coming months and hope you have a  successful season in the garden.  We will endeavour to keep the updates coming so please watch this space. In the mean time happy Easter!
