May Bank Holiday

Busy busy bees!   We would love to give an update for the bank holiday but find ourselves being too busy doing the following, all in preparation for a busy bank holiday weekend. Replenishing the bedding tunnel Pricing our hanging baskets (which range between £8.50 and £22.50) Pricking out vegetable plants Spacing out the perennials Receiving a fresh compost delivery – including potting grit now for sale @ £4.50 / bag Putting the soft fruit out for sale @ £5.00 / plant (Thornless Blackberry, Loganberry, Tayberry & two varieties of Gooseberry) …and most importantly, looking after our customers    Hopefully in a couple of weeks we will have more time to dedicate to our …

April showers bring May flowers

Happy Sunny Still Days! We are half way through May already! Mick will be holding a stall at the Shires Plant fair in West Bridgford this Saturday. Ian has picked out a nice range of plants in flower for Mick to take along. Weather also looking fine! Don’t forget, if you can’t find what you are looking for ask Mick and he will be able to advise. Bedding plants are all showing bloom now – time to colour co-ordinate your baskets, tubs and borders!
